Two things, and only two.
What you type into the quote form. Your name, phone, email, suburb and whatever you write in the message box. You choose to send it; nothing is collected from the form unless you press the button.
Anonymous usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and which ones lead to quote requests. It sets a cookie in your browser and tells us things like “someone in Melbourne looked at the gutter cleaning page”. It does not tell us who you are, and we cannot identify you from it.
The form goes to our email so we can send you a quote and do the job. That is the whole purpose. We use the usage statistics to work out which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Our email runs on Google Workspace. The usage statistics live in Google Analytics. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger. Those four companies process the data on our behalf under their own terms; nobody else receives it.
Quote requests stay in our email so we have a record of what was agreed. If you’d rather we delete yours, ask and we will.
Any browser lets you block or delete cookies, and ad blockers stop Google Analytics outright. The site works exactly the same either way — nothing here depends on being tracked.
