FAQ

What business owners ask us

Can you send your insurance certificate?
Yes, with the quote. We carry $5 million public liability and can supply the certificate of currency directly to you, your building manager or your body corporate before we start.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We work on a rolling service agreement with 30 days notice either way. We'd rather keep your business because the work is good than because you're locked in.
When do you clean?
Outside your operating hours in almost every case — early mornings, evenings or weekends — so your team never works around us. We'll agree the window during the walkthrough.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Keys are signed in and out on a register and stored in a locked, unlabelled key safe. Alarm codes are held by the assigned cleaner and the owner only. If a cleaner leaves, you're notified and the code should be changed.
What happens if our regular cleaner is sick?
A nominated backup who has already been inducted at your site covers the visit. You get a message before the visit, not after — you should never find out by noticing a different face on the camera.
What if something isn't cleaned properly?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return and fix it at no charge. Because every visit is checklisted, we can usually see exactly what happened and stop it repeating.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes — toilet paper, hand towel, soap and bin liners, at cost plus a small handling fee. We track usage each visit so you never get the "we've run out" phone call.
How does invoicing work, and do you charge GST?
One invoice at the end of each month, 7 days to pay, bank transfer. No GST is applicable on our current pricing, so the figure on your quote is exactly what you're invoiced.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Everyone working on your site is police-checked, inducted and covered by our insurance, and is paid at or above the Cleaning Services Award. We're happy to answer this in detail — it's a fair question and a lot of operators dodge it.
Which areas do you service?
